With our licensed install solution you can install the Email Reaction system on your own servers. This gives you the same great feature set as the ASP solution but with the system run by you. If you don't wish to be responsible for managing the system or for deliverability, you can benefit from the best of both the ASP and the licensed install by using our managed server service: we'll install the software on your site and manage it remotely, including upgrades, problem resolution, optimisation of email throughput and application monitoring. We'll also monitor block lists daily, manage changes in whitelist processes, get you whitelisted by new ISPs, handle and respond to spam complaints from individuals and ISPs, and provide proactive advice on reducing complaints and protecting your reputation.
